RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

SmartChefsKids Culinary Co. LLC provides culinary enrichment programs and educational services primarily for schools, organizations, and participating students.

School & Organization Programs
Program fees, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be outlined in the individual service agreement or contract provided to each school or organization. The terms of that agreement will take priority over this general website policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a school or organization needs to cancel or reschedule a scheduled program or session, SmartChefsKids Culinary Co. LLC should be notified as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability, school scheduling, and previously agreed program terms.

Cancellations by SmartChefsKids Culinary
If SmartChefsKids Culinary Co. LLC must cancel a scheduled session due to circumstances beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the affected session. When rescheduling is not possible, any refund or credit due will be determined according to the applicable service agreement.

Program Materials & Supplies
Certain deposits or payments used toward ingredients, supplies, customized materials, preparation, or other program expenses may be non-refundable once those expenses have been incurred. Any such conditions will be disclosed in the applicable service agreement.

Student Absences
Refunds are generally not provided for individual student absences from a scheduled school or organizational program unless otherwise agreed upon with the contracting school or organization.
